The presentation begins as soon as the audience is aware of the presenter. This makes for a stressful set up.

How might we move stress earlier and out of sight of the audience, and thus give control and confidence back to the presenter?

lets them arrange their presentation at their own convenience
provides a recognizable podium that connects automatically on walk-in
